Kofler Speck is a South Tyrolean family enterprise with passion for bacon, sausages and meat products. After traditional and transmitted recipe refined generations and with very modern processing technologies we produce for over 30 years decent bacon, spicy Kaminwurzen (smoked sausages), Gselchtes (smoked cattle ham) and other high-class specialities.
To our assortment also belong the South Tyrolean bacon g.g. A. and the farm bacon.

L'ho acquistato più volte ed ogni volta mi esalta il palato. Carne particolare... forse un pò secca rispetto agli altri salumi, ma non toglie il gusto che ne ricava il palato. Questa leccornia con un buon aperitivo posato su Schüttelbrot ( io che sono del Sud lo gusto con taralli nostrani), da il massimo del gusto.

Der Kofler Speck ist für meinen Geschmack zu trocken. Liegt wahrscheinlich daran das die Menge zu gering ist.

Das Schweinefilet kam nicht sehr gut bei uns an. Vom Geschmack sind wir besseres gewöhnt, wenig geräuchert. Das Schlimmste war aber das Fleisch an sich. Ob dick oder dünn geschnitten hatten wir das Gefühl auf Gummi zu kauen.
