A special distillate that should be enjoyed not only with bacon, but also with barbecue platters.
The juniper schnapps is refined with typical bacon spices such as bay leaf and rosemary and scores with a fine smoky note and the clarity of fresh mountain air.
Insider tip: Mix bacon gin with a little honey and use as a meat marinade!
