This is what you get with our cheese assortment the Three Peaks Alpine Dairy. A total of seven different cheese specialities, produced in a traditional and artisanal way and naturally pure milk regional farms. 

We were careful to include a variety of different cheeses in the selection, so you will find something here mild-spicy to spicy-aromatic flavours.


Innichner cheese on sticks (approx. 300 g)
Innichner Stangenkäse is a particularly mild semi-hard cheese with pea-shaped holes and a soft texture.


Innichner Mountain Cheese (approx. 300 g)
This hearty semi-hard cheese has a spicy, full-bodied flavour and a round to oval large cherry hole. The special maturing process gives Innichner Bergkäse its distinctive taste.


Innichner Butterkäse (approx. 350 g)
Innichner Butterkäse is a sweet, mild semi-hard cheese with a smooth, soft consistency. The rind is young and soft.


Vino (approx. 300 g)
The Vino is a speciality refined with red wine and will convince all those who appreciate something special. The cheese dough is supple, soft and distinguishes itself by its unmistakable aroma. The aromatic soft rind should definitely be eaten.


South Tyrolean farmer's cheese (approx. 300 g)
South Tyrolean farmer's cheese is a cheese refined with red smear, which gives it its intense, piquant flavour. This semi-hard cheese has individually distributed, nut-sized holes and a reddish, creamy rind.


Herb cheese (approx. 300 g)
The herb cheese is an aromatic semi-hard cheese with a fine spicy flavour and pea-sized perforations. The selected mountain herbs give this cheese its unmistakable taste and unique aroma.


Pustertaler smoked cheese - K. Bernardi (approx. 300 g)
This smoked cheese is a mild to slightly spicy semi-hard cheese with a delicate to mild, non-resinous smoky flavour and evenly perforated. It is smoked in a real smokehouse, which gives it that incomparable flavour that is also known real farmhouse bacon. It is precisely this special cold-smoking process that gives this cheese its unique flavour.


Many of the cheeses mentioned here have already received several awards and prizes at home and abroad, which are an additional guarantee of unique cheese taste.

The individual pieces of cheese are freshly cut and vacuum-packed when sold. This guarantees a longer shelf life (1 - 1 1/2 months) and safe transport.
