The making of Schüttelbrot is inextricably entwined with the history of South Tyrol. This rustic family recipe has been handed down generation to generation. Our ‘Bauern Schüttelbrot' is made with light rye flour and carefully improved with caraway and fennel - 100% natural crunching fun, of course.
Ingredients: Rye flour 72%, wheat flour, yeast, salt, caraway 2%, fennel 1%, malt extract, malt flour.

Ottimo prodotto, assaggiato casualmente on un ristorante nel Trentino, l'ho cercato su Google e ordinato. Arrivato in tempi strettissimi , confezionato in robusti cartoni. L'ho riordinato più volte e continuerò a farlo in quanto veramente soddisfatto. Lo suggerisco senza riserve e soprattutto l'azienda è molto seria e precisa.

Ein Genuss auf der Zunge. Dass das Schüttelbrot so gebrochen war, liegt nicht am Verpacken, es liegt an dem Transport unterwegs, aber ob ich es selbst breche oder es schon gebrochen ist, uns hat es nicht gestört.

Ein Stück Südtirol nach Hause geholt. Zu einem Glas Südtiroler Rotwein und einem würzigen Speck gereicht. Schmeckt bestens wie immer, besonders dann, wenn man das Brot in kleine Stücke bricht, mit einem Schluck Rotwein im Mund behält und langsam kaut, damit sich alle Geschmacksknospen öffnen: ein Genuss!

Questo pane è squisito! ottimo come snack ma anche spezzafame..... Lo conoscevo perchè acquistato direttamente in tirolo....e poi l'ho trovato da voi ! Bene!! Hatte schon mehrere verschiedene Schüttelbrotsorten, die Konsistenz ist luftiger als bei den anderen Sorten, der Geschmack ist aber sehr ansprechend. Leider war eine Packung zu wenig im Karton, die Rückerstattung funktionierte problemlos. Bei dem Verpackungsmaterial könnte etwas gespart werden, denn es handelt sich ja um Schüttelbrot :)
