The making of Schüttelbrot is inextricably entwined with the history of South Tyrol. This rustic family recipe has been handed down generation to generation. Our ‘Bauern Schüttelbrot' is made with light rye flour and carefully improved with caraway and fennel - 100% natural crunching fun, of course.
Ingredients: Rye flour 72%, wheat flour, yeast, salt, caraway 2%, fennel 1%, malt extract, malt flour.

Wir kaufen schon seit einiger Zeit das Schüttelbrot von Fritz & Felix. Wir hatten es mal in Meran vor Jahren gekauft und fanden es wunderbar. In Ostwestfalen bekommt man es kaum, da unbekannt. Die Lieferung klappt immer superschnell und eine exakte Abwicklung! Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Excellent produit conforme à nos attentes. Nous apprécions beaucoup ce schüttelbrot. Le seul petit défaut est que tous les paquets sont arrivés brisés (en miettes).
