Muffins 300 gr. - Gilli

Muffins are sweet, small, fluffy and moist sponge cakes that are traditionally baked in paper. They taste great for breakfast, afternoon tea, as a snack or as a dessert.
 
Sponge cake biscuits
Ingredients: Sugar, wheat flour, whole hens' eggs free range, rapeseed oil, chocolate chips 10% (sugar, cocoa mass 49%, lactose, cocoa butter, lean cocoa powder, emulsifier: SOya lecithins, vanilla extract), water, [in chocolate: 3% cocoa powder], modified WHEAT starch, palm fat, raising agent: disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium carbonates, calcium phosphates; wheat starch, table salt, chicken egg white powder, emulsifier: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids; thickeners: xanthan gum, gum arabic; lactose, milk protein, flavouring, preservative: sorbic acid.
Packed under modified atmosphere.
