Deion: The intense golden coloured Gewürztraminer "Caldiff" presents itself with an aroma of roses. This harmonic and lastingly aromatic wine reaches its full development only after several months of aging in the bottle.

Vinification: Ideal with aromatic cheeses, Asian cuisine and salty snacks.
