Deion: 
This pleasant Rosé is a Cuvée of Pinot Noir, Portuguese grapes and Zweigelt. As in white wine production, grape is immediately pressed to obtain a light ruby red wine that can be enjoyed in the most diverse occasions. 

Pale cherry-red color. Dry taste with fresh acidity, persistent finish of smell of roses. Fruity-spicy nose with scents of cherry, strawberry, currant and marzipan. 

Grape varierty:

Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, Portugieser - Weinberg Dolomiten IGT. 

Production area: 
Valle Isarco 450 - 900 m a.s.l. Stony, lean, skeleton-rich alluvial soils containing diorite and quartz phyllite. 

Vinification: 
Delicate processing and crushing, controlled-temperature fermentation and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation. 

Food pairing: 
a light ruby red wine that can be enjoyed in the most diverse occasions.

Serving temperature: 
8 - 10°C.

Ageing potential: 
3 - 5 years.
