VINIFICAZIONE: La fermentazione è avvenuta a contatto con le bucce per ca. 10 giorni; segue fermentazione malolattica biologica; passaggio in barrique di Allier 80% e di legno americano 20% per 20 mesi.

VALUTAZIONE DELL' ENOLOGO: Colore rosso granata scuro, profumo fruttato con un complesso di aromi di liquirizia, cuoio, ciliegie e cioccolato amaro. Il sapore si presenta con ben strutturati tannini, con sfumature salate e con un morbido ed elegante retrogusto persistente.
