Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, ageing and maturation on fine yeast for 6 months

Appearance:

aroma: light aromatic with a gentle fragrance of tropical fruits
taste: dry, medium bodied, with a fruity well balanced acidity

Alcohol: 13 % vol.
