NAME: Sauvignon blanc

ORIGIN: South Tyrol

VINEYARD: Meran, Algund, Dorf Tirol 450-550m

AGE OF WINES: 10-20 years

VINE CULTIVATION: Guyot and Pergola

HARVEST: Beginning till mid of September

AGING: Cold maceration for 15 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Storage on fine yeast for 5 months. No malolactic.

VINTNERS COMMENT: A clear bright greenish - yellow color. The bouquet reminds of herbs, green grass and nettles. In the mouth this wine presents himself elegant, classy with persistent finish.
