Nuances of forest fruits and the typical Cabernet flavour characterise the perfect Grappa taste.

Fruity notes of cherries and forest fruits bewitch the nose and surprise the palate with exquisite smoothness. Grappa Lagrein is exceptionally elegant, rounded and well-balanced.

The Blackthorn (or sloe) ripens in late September and is harvested after the first frost, as this makes the taste of the fruit harmonious. The sloe spirit meets the nose with intense almond marzipan notes, and slight hints of dry hay and plum. To the palate it is full-bodied with marzipan, fruity and long lasting.

Just like the wine, the Kerner Grappa the distillery Zu Plun smells very conservative, low-key. On the palate though, it is dry, full-bodied, and very present. In the end, this distillation exhibits a typical profile with a taste similar to nutmeg.

The Amaro di Montagna presents itself in a deep, dark colour that reflects its rich variety of aromas. When opening the bottle, a beguiling scent of herbs, spices and a subtle sweetness rises. On the palate, a complex interplay of bitter notes, fine herbs, spicy nuances and a pleasant balance of sweetness and freshness unfolds. The finish is long-lasting and leaves a lasting impression.

Intensively for asparagus.

Grappa Cabernet aged in Barrique for 18 months. This barrique-aged Grappa Cabernet impresses with its especially harmonious, delicate and fruity flavour with hints of vanilla and coffee.

The Grappa Treber white Roner is carefully distilled exclusively the best South Tyrolean marc Lake Kaltern, St. Magdalener, Pinot Noir and Gewürztraminer. This Gappa is completely neutral and is therefore suitable for preparing various grappas.

This grappa captures the incredible variety of the fruity and fresh herbal notes of and only lightly pressed Sauvignon grape pomace. Particularly fine and persistent in the nose and on the palate.

In the "Old" line of products you will find a brandy and two grappas, which have their time spent in the barriques to thank for their aroma, style, and deep, warm color. Purist Florian Rabanser uses small oak barrels, which were previously used by the winemakers of Austrian Burgenland in the manufacturing of their sweet wines, for storage during the maturing process.
