The Riesling vine produces its best fruit in cooler climates. This is why this variety has become especially popular in Germany, where it takes up a fifth of all cultivated land, but like all varieties of grapevines that thrive in porous, mineral-rich soils which allow for good aeration and cool nights, the Riesling is right at home in Italy's northernmost vineyards at Bressanone.

Therefore, the cultivation of this variety has increased notably in northern Italy. The reasons for this increase in production are the quality of the grape and the search for our own regionally characteristic Riesling. These wines identify themselves through an ethereal fragrance and lively taste.

Stylistics: The multifaceted fruit scent of the Riesling is also present in this grappa. It has notes of peach, apricot, quince, and green apple. It tastes full-bodied and characteristic, at the same time, it is surprisingly smooth.
