A beer in which the malt flavour, strong and attractive, is stressed.

This "Hunter's tea" is made with selected raw materials, following an ancient family recipe. For cold days: add three parts of boiling water to one part of Hunter's Tea and the magic drink is ready. It warms you up and is good.

Characterized by pleasant notes of hops, this beer has a full and balanced taste. A full-bodied beer, despite the 0.0% alcohol content.

Its strong and malt taste reminds the old tradition of the brewers.

This naturally cloudy, unfiltered and non-pasteurized special beer that is directly filled the storage tank, surprises with its rounded and full flavoured taste and its pleasant smooth finish.

For the production of this liqueur, we various herbs deriving our wildflower meadows, which are sited at the altitudes of 1000 to 1300 meters. The herbs are left to infuse for approximately 45 days: the infusion is cold so that the active ingredients and properties of the raw materials could be preserved. The scent of this infusion is reminiscent of that one of the freshly harvested hay, and the taste is intense, herbaceous and persistent.

Willy-Chilly Liqueur - Drei Zinnen 70 cl.

Selected fruit alcohol and the juice of well ripened mountain plums are used for this noble plum liqueur. Thanks to a very carefully studied recipe, that developed a long experimented blending method, this liqueur has a particular aroma and flavour.

The South Tyrol produces high quality fruit. Small Marille apricots are specialities that are famous all over the world. That is why they are packed specially and are bottled traditionally in stout "apothecaries' bottles".

The best fruit just is good enough, because the quality of the Old Williams begins in the tree. Therefore, good distillers are also good fruit experts and know, when it is to be picked full-ripe. The family Psenner is always active even in the agriculture. In orchards belonging to family which count to the biggest arrangements of South Tirol, the pears which lend Christ's pear brand his unmistakeable aroma to the Old Williams are pulled. A two-year-old to three-year-old maturation lends his elegant and mild character to the Old Williams and spoils with it fruit brand lover with exclusive claims.

Psenner offers a wide range of superb quality brandies, all of which capture the aromas and flavours of fruit grown in South Tyrol. The mixture of Mediterranean and Alpine climate influences, the alternation of warm, sunny days and cool nights all results in sweet, fragrant fruit that ripens slowly with concentrated aromatic, firm pulp.

Abbagnac Grappa is a marc brandy distilled a mixture of selected grape skins the Neustift monastery winery and matured for at least 6 months in oak casks. Cask ageing imparts a light tobacco colour to the brandy which is characterised by a fruity-complex bouquet and an especially multifaceted spectrum of flavours.

A superior grappa with a restrained vanilla character and extremely mild on the palate.

Nussy Liqueur - Drei Zinnen 70 cl.

It is an egg liqueur refined with rum and created especially for being drunk in company after a day spent on the snow in the mountains or at home. Very easy to prepare. It has a charming flavour. Suggestions: "Bombardino": warm Bombardino up slightly and decorate it with whipped cream. "Calimero": slightly warm up an espresso mixed with bombardino and decorate it with whipped cream.

Made with an ancient recipe, kept strictly secret. Many different kinds of herbs are manufactured and mixed together. It is the mix of all these herbs' properties that assures the stimulating effect of this bitter. It is not a slightly bitter liqueur, but a proper bitter with a full and dry taste, genuine and without any added sugar. The ancient monastery recipe rightly called it " The long life elixir".

Obstler is distilled different varieties of apples ripened in the South Tyrolean sun. The double distillation carried out following an ancient and tested procedure assures the full aroma and the pure, light flavour of our product.

The strength and warmth of grappa combined with the delicate flavour of fruit yields a brandy embodying the scents of the woods and mountains, all preserved by the skill of the master distiller using traditional South Tyrolean methods.

A number of products typical of South Tyrol are customarily savoured in Alpine cabins and are based on recipes and methods handed down over centuries.
