Typical Ligurian condiment, made ground walnuts, olive oil and parmesan cheese. Excellent for first courses; it is a valid base for croutons, pizzas, bruschettas and savoury pastries.

INGREDIENTS
Walnuts 28%, olive oil, extra virgin olive oil, grana padano cheese (contains lysozyme eggs), white wine, vegetable fibre, milk protein, salt, sugar, modified corn starch, acidity regulator: lactic acid (E 270), parsley, garlic, nutmeg, spices, flavours, antioxidant: l-ascorbic acid (E 300).
