The Cuvée No. 7 is the most contemporary Franciacorta among the wines of the Sparrowhawk. Cuvée no.7 encapsulates the identity territorial identity of the Sparrowhawk and the peculiarities of our terroir, skilfully interpreted by the work of oenologist Francesco Polastri. Born in 2014 a selection 10 cuvées created using different percentages of wines individual vineyards, the cuvée identified with the number 7 proved to have the stylistic signature perfect expression of our terroir. Hence the name "Cuvée n.7". A 100% Chardonnay Franciacorta that conquers by its freshness.
The Franciacorta Rosé 'Monique' is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes the Sergnana vineyard and the Ronchetto vineyard. The grapes are macerated in contact with the skin for the time necessary to extract the finest aromas and to impart the rosy hue desired by the oenologist. Refined, it comes to the nose with a great olfactory expressiveness that combines with sweet nuances of red fruits and rosewater.
