Product description

Brilliant ruby red. Fruity aromas of cherries, strawberries, almonds and a light hint of marzipan. Well-balanced with liveliness, fresh, juicy and clean.

Variety: 100% Vernatsch.

Zone: Caldaro field at 250 m ü.d.M.

Vinification: Mashing in stainless steel container for approx. 18 days with subsequent ure reduction.

Food recommendation: When eating, Lake Caldaro is a very versatile companion, which can be served primarily with Tyrolean bacon, but also with fish dishes, pasta and all meat dishes.

Serve temperature: 12 - 14°C.

Stockability: 3 - 5 years.
