Product description

Grape varierty: 100% Moscato giallo.

Production area: Vogelmaier vineyard in a small side valley on Lake Caldaro. Altitude: 300 - 400 metres a.s.l.

Yield: hl per hectare.

Vinification: Fermentation: temperature control, in stainless steel tanks. Maturation: on the lees in stainless stell tanks approximately 6 months.

Description: Color: bright-yellow with a green shimmer. Nose: highly aromatic, floral, ripe fuits (white peach), spicy.Flavour: medium-bodied, intense bouquet, well-balanced, grapey-fruity, fresh, dry.

Matching: with well-flavoured starters such as sausages, p-tés and terrines, grilled fish, especially Tuna, white meat.

Serving temperature: 8 - 12°C.

Ageing potential: 2 - 4 years.

Bottle to: 0,75 liters.
