Caratteristiche:
Vitigni: schiava gentile, -media, -grigia e fino 10% lagrein. Zona di produzione: nella zona classica delle colline del S. Maddalena in comune di Bolzano. Sistema di coltivazione: pergola, territorio coltviabile ecologico. Colore: da rosso rubino carico a rosso granato. Profumo: intenso, che riccorda la mandorla, il garofano e la viola. Sapore: gustoso, con stoffa rotonda e carezzevole.
