Il Sauvignon blanc Cosmas seduce con il suo coloer giallo paglierino con delicati richiami verdolini. Il profumo è molto complesso e aromatico con note di uva spina, frutti maturi e con un leggero sottofondo di aroma di ortica. Il retrogusto è sapido con una stimolante punta amarognola.
