Innanzi tutto la consegna, il prosciutto è arrivato in tempi brevi e abbastanza refrigerato. Per quanto riguarda la qualità, tutta la famiglia lo ha trovato di ottimo livello, buoni il profumo e il sapore. Consiglierei di valutare anche pezzature da 1 KG, lo troverei più comodo da tagliare.

Ich bin durchaus zufrieden. Der Schinke war sehr gut verpackt und ist in einem frischen Zustand angekommen. Das Fleisch ist erster Qualitaet und eine Gaumenfreude! Als Naechstes moechte ich gerne einen zarten Rohschinken probieren. Was empfehlen Sie? Gruesse aus einem sturmigen West Sussex.
