Grandissimo prodotto. Si vede e si sente che si tratta di un prodotto di malga. Io ogni estate le frequento e conosco molto bene il sapore di questi formaggi. Questo formaggio è assolutamente identico. Ottimo con il miele, il pane fresco o da solo con il suo sapore riempie di gusto il palato. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Anche il formaggio di malga della Val Venosta di H & H shop mi ha riservato delle piacevoli sorprese al palato: leggermente piccante, gusto deciso ma equilibrato, incantevole per un sentore erbaceo che riporta ad alpeggi di montagna. Una vera delizia
