Ham Holder 'Cadiz' (Beech / Natural) - Buarfe

This practical ham holder is entirely made in Spain, and is manufactured using quality European white beech wood, obtained sustainably managed forests.

It has black epoxy painted steel fittings and chrome plated steel skewers.

This ham holder is ideal for both boned hams and cooked hams, thanks to its clamp system, which allows for the ham to be sliced easily and comfortably in a perfectly horizontal position. The surface finish of the wood is ecological and apt for domestic use, complying with all the current food safety regulations.
