Palate entry is sweeter and fruitier than the Cordon Bleu; round, luxurious and slightly coffee-like in its bittersweet approach at midpalate. Ends with an inoffensive little numbing sensation."

In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of lemon zests, clementine zests, candied citrus and hints of Zante currant , caramel associated with a hint of roasting , grilled oak as well as a subtle hint of black pepper and a very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background).
