Characteristic: Following a happy intuition, Giuliano Bortolomiol got in the 60s prosecco grapes DOC these dry Spumante which was unique in his kind. Today the prosecco brut is the internationally most successful prosecco. The dry taste makes him an ideal aperitif. Excellent companion also to fish and white meat dishes.
