This Prosecco Brut is very pleasant with its harmonious and persistent aromas and flavours. The subtle and elegant perlage does not fade. The white foam, not excessive, brings elegance to the glass. It goes very well with white meat dishes, but it is also a great companion to fish or delicious vegetarian dishes.
