Product description

With its fine and persistent perlage as well as its luminous and vivacious straw yellowgreenish hue, the Blanc de Blancs reveals a tender bouquet which presents itself rather restrained and quite fruity as if it still has to open up and completely develop. Wonderfully flavoured intensity and structure, remarkably soft-creamy and fullbodied while persistent: a sparkling wine that is ideal as a companion to meals, to fish or vegetable hors d'oeuvres and main courses with sea food.
