Its incomparable, soft, juicy and mellow taste couples with the pleasant interplay of the contracts between the sweetness of the fruit and the slightly spicy nuance of the acid (Austrian grapes have a high level of acid and tannin, which both winegrowers have brilliantly mastered however).
