ALPITZ by Pircher is the perfect summer drink for any occasion. Whether as a cocktail or as an aperitif, the combination of citrus fruits and alpine herbs ensures a bittersweet yet fruity taste.
This is how you prepare your perfect ALPITZ:
Take a large wine glass and put three to four ice cubes in it. Now pour in 3 parts Prosecco and 2 parts ALPITZ. Then add 1 part water/soda and a slice of orange, lemon or lime.
