Product description

In our "South Tyrolean Spring Awakening" wine package, six wines perfectly suited to spring await you. Ideal for enjoying the first rays of sunshine. Whether for a relaxed evening at work or a cosy meal with family and friends. With this wine package we bring the South Tyrolean spring directly to your home.

Cuvee Lenz - Ritterhof Winery

The three white grape varieties of this cuvée grow on the sunny hills of the Überetsch and Unterland regions. The variety of aromas comes into its own best as an aperitif or with light starters, pasta dishes, risotto or fish. The Lenz with its fine fragrances will make your taste buds blossom.

Terlaner Weissburgunder - 2020 - Peter Sölva & Söhne

Power and tension describe this Pinot Blanc, which is fruity on the palate with its aroma of pears and quinces, but also mineral and salty. We recommend this wine with fish or salads, but it goes just as well with Schlutzkrapfen or spaghetti carbonara.

Sauvignon Blanc Stern - 2019 - Kaltern Winery

Its colour is reminiscent of light straw. The aromas range elderflower to gooseberry and passion fruit to pompelmo and red and yellow chilli. Dry with delicate fruit acidity and remarkable melting. The Sauvignon Blanc Stern is an ideal companion to asparagus dishes, fish dishes as well as different variations of vegetable risotto.

Gewürztraminer Selida - 2020 - Tramin Winery

Gewürztraminer has become one of the most sought-after wines in South Tyrol. It is a straw to golden yellow, aromatic and full-bodied white wine. It has a distinctive aroma of rose petals, cinnamon and cloves. It goes well with fish starters, pâtés and aromatic, spiced white meat dishes.

Riesling Fallwind - 2021 - St. Michael Eppan Winery

Intensely scented with white peach and apricot, the Fallwind Riesling is very distinguished and balanced and convinces with its mineral flavour. It goes perfectly with Asian dishes, light starters, fish and, of course, South Tyrolean cheese specialities.

South Tyrolean Kerner - 2019 - Valle Isarco Winery

The Kerner is a cross between Trollinger and Riesling. In South Tyrol, the grape variety was introduced in the early 1970s and received the DOC designation Südtirol Eisacktaler in 1993. The Kerner is best enjoyed with light starters, egg dishes and mushroom dishes or fish dishes, but also as an aperitif.
