Mini Muffins are small, fluffy, moist sponge cakes that are traditionally baked in paper.
The fresh lime flavour goes particularly well with afternoon tea. Also ideal as a snack or dessert.

Ingredients: Sugar, wheat flour, whole egg, rapeseed oil, modified.
wheat starch, palm fat, powdered egg white, lactose, milk protein, wheat starch, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates,
calcium phosphates; thickener: xanthan gum; emulsifier: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids; salt, natural lime flavour, flavouring, preservative: sorbic acid. Packed under modified atmosphere.
