Sweet and spicy mustard purée with a particularly intense flavour. Ideal complement to fresh and mature cheeses, white and red meat, poultry, fish and sausages. FIGS mustard goes particularly well with all cheeses, salads, cold cuts.
Ingredients: candied fig purée (Europe, 50%) (50% figs, sugar, glucose syrup), sugar, water, glucose syrup, pectin, vinegar, mustard flavouring, pepper, salt, sodium metabisulphite.
