Spicy-sweet mostarda purée with a particularly intense flavour. The fruit is candied, then mashed and enriched with selected ingredients. In all versions it is an ideal complement to fresh and mature cheeses, white and red meat, poultry, fish and sausages. COTOGNE APPLE PASTE is particularly suitable with hard cheeses, roast beef, carpaccio.
Ingredients: 73% quince preparation (quince puree, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavouring), sugar, water, glucose syrup, vinegar, mustard flavouring, pepper, salt.
