Put the dumplings in hot salted water and let them cook for 12-15 minutes and this speciality is ready to eat.

Risaltano per leggerezza e gustosità, la confezione da 4 pezzi è molto pratica per chi come me surgela il prodotto per un consumo deferito. Rimarchevole l'utilizzo della borsa termica con consistente confezione di ghiaccio che garantisce la qualità del prodotto nel (rapido) tempo del trasporto.

Debbo ammettere che non sono un fan dei canederli, intendo quelli industriali ; a Torino è difficile trovarne di qualità nei supermercati ma questi al formaggio sono decisamente notevoli. Cotti in buon brodo di carne sono un valido piatto unico e li apprezzo davvero.

Excellents, très bonne tenue à la cuisson dans l'eau frémissante, 5-7 mn. 2 Canederlì par personne suffisent largement en accompagnement d'un plat ou bien en entrée dans un bouillon. Ottimo, ottimo in acqua bollente 5-7 minuti. Canederli 2 a persona bastano come contorni o in brodo.

Sehr kompakt und schwer, aber geschmacklich in Ordnung. Sollte man sehr frisch essen, obwohl einen Monat haltbar.
