Product description
One of the traditional South Tyrolean dishes are the bacon dumplings, hand made by the butcher's shop Villgrater in Sexten/Sesto.
You have to put the dumplings merely in hot salted water for 8-10 minutes and this speciality is already ready for eating.

Hallo Hatten bei unserem Urlaub im Juli in Kastelruth die Strauss Speckknödel eingekauft, und waren davon begeistert. Nicht das jetzt ihr Produkt schlecht gewesen wäre, aber nicht so lecker wie die von Strauss. Waren ja die Tage auf den Weihnachtsmärkten in Bozen, Meran, Sterzing und Brixen und haben da Speckknödel von Knodus und verschiedenen Metzgereien eingekauft. mal schauen wie die schmecken. Strauss Produkte haben wir leider nicht gefunden. Hoffe geholfen zu haben. Beste Grüsse Helmut u. Gabi Fischer

non mi sono piaciuti: ne ho provati di molto più buoni il sapore è così così ma è sopratutto la consistenza che non mi piace: sono troppo "gnucchi" non intendo riacquistarli
