Solar-matured Vinschger bio-apples are pressed to juice and then are processed carefully to pure vinegar. This apple vinegar is convincing by his mild, fruity-fresh taste and is suited to refine fresh salads.
Ingredients: 100% of apple vinegar, 5,5% of acidity
Tip: If in the product a jelly-like substance should form, the so-called vinegar mother, it is no production or quality mistake, but the sign of a living food product. In such cases it is recommended to filter the vinegar with a sieve.
I am very grateful for this service and very satisfied with the products I bought here. I especially liked the large quantity of cooking butter they offer, so that was a big plus. The rosemary ham was excellent and the vinegar has a delicate taste and fragrance. I would definitely order again from H&H.

Erstklassiger Apfelessig ... schmeckt mir sogar noch besser als mein eigener, den ich selbst von meinen Äpfeln produziert hatte. Ich bin begeistert und kann diesen Apfelessig wärmstens empfehlen! Das wird mit Sicherheit nicht meine letzte Flasche sein.

Non è per nulla comparabile all'aceto di mele che trovo in commercio nei supermercati, questo è molto profumato e acido al punto giusto. Ottimo la mattina in un bicchiere d'acqua per risvegliare il metabolismo, ottimo per condire le mie insalate.
