Product description

Caratteristiche: Bello il colore, di un rubino fitto ma senza eccessi. L'insieme degli aromi risulta ausetro, con la frutta come la prugna protagonista e poi sentori minerali , con lievi sfumature di cuoio a completare l'esperienza olfattiva. Bello il corpo, solido, equilibrato, con una parte tannica ben amalgamata al resto delle componenti. Finale lungo ed articolato. Note tecniche Il Campo ai Sassi 2005 fermenta in inox per 12 giorni ad una temperatura <30°C. La fermentazione malolattica è svolta immediatamente dopo quella alcolica. L'affinamento è in parte in botti di rovere slavonia, da 80 hl e 100 hl, ed in parte in barriques per 12 mesi.
