The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a beautiful tension, a beautiful definition, precision, a fine linear side, a beautiful juiciness, elegance as well as a fine and very discreetly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy black cherry and small notes of blackberry associated with a hint of crushed wild strawberry as well as slight toasted hints, Cuben pepper, spices and a subtle hint of rosemary (in the background). Tannins are elegant and supple. Good length. There are very slight hints of cocoa / tonka bean and Bourbon vanilla / almond on the persistence."
