Product description

Deion: Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir or Pinot Noir, comes an altitude of 520 m above sea level. This produces a cool, elegant red wine with an intense ethereal aroma of wild berries and a persistent, full-bodied taste. Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir. DOC South Tyrol.

Zone: This Pinot Noir/ Pinot Noir/Pinot Nero or simply Pinot Noir thrives just below the winery and is the counterpart of the powerful Baccara Merlot-Cabernet Franc. The rows of vines on the hillside, facing west, receive good exposure to the sun. After the sun sets in the evening, the grapes are cooled down by the descending down wind. These great differences between day and night give the Amantus a fresh and juicy fruit and it does not seem heavy at any moment.

Vinification: After a cold maceration of several days, the maceration begins for about 10 days. After another week, the young wine is drawn off and clarified for two days. After this clarification phase, this Pinot Noir is filled into 500l and 225l wooden barrels. There the wine undergoes biological acid reduction. After 10 months of storage in wooden barrels, the wine is prepared for bottling.

"Leuchtend-elegantes Rubinrot.

Delizioso ora."
