Product description

Deep ruby red. Strong and concentrated bitter almond aroma, which is typical for an outstanding Schiava. The morainic grounds fill the wine with a fine mineral taste. On the palate very balanced and elegant, fine tannins. Good length and a high potential of ten years in the bottle.

Grape varierty: 100% South Tyrol Meraner Schiava DOC

Production area: Cermes / Merano

Matching: Pigeon, partridge, tagliolini with wild ragout, South Tyrolean dumpling dishes, stuffed dumplings, also chilled with fish dishes.

Serving temperature: 12 - 14°C.

Ageing potential: more than 10 years.
