Product description

Grape variety: Blatterle.

Zone: On the steep southern slope at the foot of Ritten, with deep moraine soils consisting of sandy loam and the topsoil of the Bozner Porphyrplatte, fruity mineral wines thrive. This characteristic is typical for the lower Eissacktal to which the cultivation area also belongs.

Vinification: 100% maceration. BSA and 12 M in Tonneaux. (Acacia Holds) Only 10% alc.

Serving temperature: 12 - 15°C.

Bottle: 0.75 liters.
