Deion: 
Our Bronner impresses with a clear, strong straw yellow color with slightly green reflections. The nose combines complex, intense fruit aromas including apples, ripe pears and white peach with spicy herbal notes and a touch of thyme. The palate is youthful and fresh, inviting, mineral and juicy with a fruity texture and invigorating fresh finish.  

 It is a fresh and fruity wine, pleasant and easy to drink and is in the line with our commitment to sustainable viticulture.  

Grape varierty: 
100% Bronner - IGT Mitterberg 
Bronner is the name of a white variety, born the crossing of a Vitis Vinifera and a restistant grapevine asia (« amurensis »). Thanks to her resistant characteristics to fungal diseases, it does not require  any special spraying treatments in the vineyards. In very humid years, the spaying treatments are reduced to minimum. 

Production area: 


Vinification: 
After harvest, the grapes are carefully pressed. The fresh must is statically clarified at low temperatures and then gently fermented at a controlled temperature of 20°C in stainless steel tanks with selected yeast. The young wine matures in stainless steel tanks for six months on the fine lees. 

Matching: 
As an aperitif, for social drinking, with pasta and fish dishes, especially freshwater fish

Serving temperature: 
12 - 14°C.

Ageing potential: 
2 - 4 years.
