Deion: Color: Deep ruby red. Nose: Fruity notes of ripe berries, floral nuances of violets, light green aromas with notes of rhubarb. Taste: round and full-bodied, with dry gentle tannins, inviting acidity, fresh structure and elegant finish.
Matching: Fermentation in wooden casks for 18 - 25 days. Malolactic fermentation and repining for 18 months in barrique.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C.
