Altitude: 300-600m a.s.l.

Soil: sandy, easy warming up porphyry-gravel

Vinification: must fermentation at controlled temperature in big oak casks; malolactic fermentation and ageing on fine yeast for 12 months

Appearance:
Color: yellow with green hues
Aroma: intensive bouquet with notes of apricots and tropical fruits
Taste: well balanced with a light trace of yeast and vanilla, persistent with a long finish

Alcohol: 13.5 % vol.
