Flavour: Sturdy and concentrated with a good backbone of acidity; creamy textured
Notes: Made in an international style but unmistakably South Tyrolean
Winemaking and maturation: Fermented and matured in new French oak barriques for 10 months together with the fine lees which are regularly stirred up. The wine is then bottle-aged for several months before release
Serve Goes well with: Lightly chilled, 12-14°C White meats, smoked salmon and exquisite mushroom dishes
