Product description

Originating France, Chardonnay has already been cultivated in Alto Adige for more than 100 years. The vines prosper on warm sites, in Oltradige and on Renon and yield elegant and balanced wines, presenting a pleasantly incorporated acidity and floral and exotic notes.

Growing area: Dry and warm soils on the slopes of Renon and in Oltradige between 350 and 500 m a.s.l. (1148-1640 ft)

Harvest: September

Vinification: Gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel; maturation in stainless steel to keep the wine completely fresh and crisp.

Color: Straw yellow with golden hues
Aroma: exotic tones of pineapple, mango and honeydew melon.
Flavor: Elegantly fresh with a pleasant acidity.
