Product description

Our Chardonnay, like all our wines, is made solely with grapes our vineyards, planted in 2022. We believe fully in this international vine which, thanks to a low yield in the vineyard and careful winemaking in the cellar, becomes a true superstar.

The vineyard, oriented toward the south/southwest, are trellised; the grapes are harvested entirely by hand. As in our other vineyards, we do not use weeding products. 60% of the grapes is fermented and aged in steel containers and 40% in wooden barrels.

Prior to bottling, the two are joined in steel containers. After bottling, the wine is aged a further few months.

TASTING NOTES:
Color: Straw yellow
Nose: Delicate with tones of vanilla, almonds and honey
Taste: Savory, mineral, dry and balanced, with good acidity

Food pairing: Excellent with appetizers, pasta dishes, cheese, fish, shellfish and white meats
