Production area: Mainly the south of South -Tyrol, Überetsch, Bozen valley basin, Adige Valley

Deion: Chardonnay enjoys universal appeal, greenish-yellow in colour with a delicately fruity aroma, dry, fresh and racy on the palate reminiscent of pineapple, banana, apple, pear, citrus fruits, caramel, villa and butter.

Cultivation: Traditional trellises

Yield: 85 hl/ha

Goes well: With starters and fish, or on its own as an aperitif.
