Product description

Deion: 
Color: pale straw yellow with greenish hues. Aroma: intensiv notes of mature fruits like banana and ananas, cooket apple and a little smell of basil. Flavour: complex, elegant, fine with a harmonic wood Taste, balanced. 

Grape variety: 
Pinot Blanc (Weißburgunder), Chardonnay, Sauvignon - South Tyrol DOC. 

Production area: 
Eppan Berg - Überetsch 450 m a.s.l. gravelly soil with a high proportion of clay. 

Vinification: 
Grapes fermented together in oak aging in barrique and tonneaux for 9 months followed by 7 months of bottle. 

Allergens: 
Wine can contain sulphites.
