Baron di Pauli Winery
It was the year 2022 when the Baron Di Pauli family decided to renew the three-hundred-year tradition of their estate and lay down the milestone for the production of special wines. In this sense, cooperation was established with the Kaltern Winery. The estate includes two farms. The Arzenhof, with its 10.5 hectares devoted to vineyards, stands on a hill right above Lake Caldaro. The production includes 3 wines: Arzio, a Bordeaux blend, Lagrein Carano and Kalterersee Kalkofen. While the second farm has 4.5 hectares of land and is located near Termeno. In the spring of 2004, the first Gewürztraminer Exilissi was put on the market. Cuvée Enosi was obtained Riesling, Sauvignon and Pinot bianco grapes.
Strength and elegance, refinement and structure, but also character and personality. These are the main characteristics that distinguish the wines of the Baron Di Pauli estate in Caldara. The name of the family and of the estate are closely linked to the history of the area around Lake Caldaro.
